Join us for our Sound Immersion Series with a Meditative Gong Bath and Restorative Yoga Nidra.
We will dive deep in the art of transformational rest carried by the sounds of Gong, Singing Bowls, Drum, Flute and voice to connect to acceptance, completeness and peace.
Sound Immersion practices are like a sound massage for the body and mind (great for those of you who like the idea of a massage, but don’t like to be touched). Sound healing practices use vibrational sound and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace and well being for better health.
Essentially you go into a deep state of meditation and relaxation and then the real work begins while you get bathed in the gentle sound waves. Many people fall asleep and wake up feeling like they’ve had 8 hours sleep!
To greater amplify the healing effectiveness of a Gong Bath all you need to add is your intention before a session. Adding good intentions to your everyday living is a holistic way of thinking and even though you may not believe in such things, just give it a try and you might be surprised by the results.
Come and expect a practice that restores our connection to ourselves, be immersed in wonderful sound and make some time for reflection, meditation, and deep rest.
**Please note to wear comfortable clothes, and bring layers and socks so you can take off or layer on appropriately, especially if you tend to get cold easily!**
